Who am I? Sport has always been my passion.

My journey as a personal trainer began at the tender age of 18. My enthusiasm for sports has always been a fundamental part of my life, making it a natural choice to pursue this career path. Continuous professional development in this field is a top priority for me:

  • Bachelor of Arts in Fitness Economics

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • Certified Sports Rehabilitation Trainer

  • Certified Nutritionist with a B-license

  • Certified Cardio Fitness Trainer

  • Sports Science at the University of Basel

Having a background in gymnastics and figure skating, I was already familiar with strength training when I began my trainer education. However, it was during this time that I started to enjoy strength training more and more. In the beginning, it was mainly the good feeling after the workout, the feeling of being strong, unstoppable, if you will. Of course, I also liked the fact that my figure was shaping up and this led me to my next challenge: bodybuilding. That's how I ended up competing as a bikini athlete in 2019 and 2020. Currently, dancing excites me, but I never skip my strength training sessions. I am always looking for new challenges, like to try new sports and learn relevant techniques and training methods for them. Strength training is part of every sport in some way, and, for that reason, will always be part of my lifestyle.

What is fitness for me?

Fitness is a thread that runs through my entire life. I think I can say that sports make me who I am. I associate my competitions and the hours I spent training towards them with an incredible number of positive memories. Of course, there are times when I don't feel like training, but I never lose sight of my goal and I don't regret a single minute I spend doing sports. Training makes me strong, gives me self-confidence and helps me deal with stressful situations and difficult events. It is my energy and motivation booster for everyday life.

And that's exactly what I want to pass on to you. As a personal trainer, my goal is to motivate people to live an active and healthy lifestyle that gives them the energy to achieve their own dreams and goals.
